Navigating Life After Child Loss

Is likely the most difficult path you’ve ever walked. Learning to manage your grief is possible, you need a starting point and courage to take the first step.

It’s time to shine a light into the shawdows of your grief. I’m here to walk beside you helping you discover there is a way to live life again even when life doesn’t turn out like you expected.

LET ME SHOW YOU HOW

You are not alone

My world lost its color the day my son died and I lived with so much anger toward God that, though He could have saved my son, He didn’t. I was exhausted and lost in the chaos of my grief. I clung tightly to the anchor in the darkness, expressing my grief to God the only way I knew how until one day I had to make a choice: stay in the bitter, angry lane or take a step toward building back my life.

The road was scary and unfamiliar, but I learned which tools I needed to walk this road of grief, and I’m sharing them all with you so you can learn to live with light in your darkness. My story is one of tragedy and devastating loss.  I want to help you get through the heaviness of losing a child because you need hope and to know YOU’RE not alone.

If you’re ready to experience peace in the chaos and want to learn how to experience joy alongside the pain, to manage your thoughts instead of your thoughts managing you I’m here to help you.

I’m holding my hand out to you in the darkness. Let me show you the way, one step at a time.

When I met with Teresa on a coaching call, it was the first time I felt comfortable enough to tell someone my true, honest, deepest feelings about the loss of my 22 year old child. Teresa gave me so much of a better perspective on my entire outlook of my pain and suffering.  She lifted my spirits like nobody else had in this whole past year. Even though I am a Christian and have my faith to sustain me, I still needed some Godly guidance that I wasn’t finding in books, counselors, the other avenues I had tried. If you’re hurting and feel desperate for a listening soul that knows your pain and has walked through the fire of child loss, take the time to schedule a session with her.

Grief Mentor Session

What is your biggest hurdle of grief? The place where your mind goes when it’s quiet? That’s where we will start, because you need hope, a way to process what has happened to you, that will give way to learning to live in the tension of child loss.

Why does God protect and save some from harm, but did not save my son? I have struggled with this from the beginning. You took my jumbled thoughts and struggles and spoke them eloquently, you helped me organize and manage my grief in a way that will continue moving me forward. Thank you!
